Now most people like to call their jobs “work,” I, however, do not. “Work” to me, constitutes a job in which we are forced to do in order to make a living. The job I have is anything but. I get to whip my boss and coworker into shape and make sure they are following on the straight and narrow path. Okay, I am not a drill sergeant, as it would appear.
I am the Office Manager (among other things) of this wonderful establishment I frequent Monday through Friday. If CED was a baseball team, I'd like to consider myself a utility player. I oversee the job trafficing, invoicing and scheduling, type with my fingers on the home row and answer a phone call in the cheeriest of moods even after my cat, Rufus, of which I've had for 14 years, just got ran over by a car! Yes, you could say I'm a multitasker.
I am so blessed to be part of such a wonderful company and I look forward to where the future takes me.
